The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
I get regular massages from my hubby. He works the trigger points out. I also see a Reflexologist and my doc does Osteopathic exercises to help relieve the joint and muscle pain. I ordered a sample of 024 Fibromyalgia and others here use BioFreeze and Xlocaine cream. Stretching and light exercises may help.
Other things I do are take weekly B12 injections, MagForce (magnesium and malic acid), 5-HTP (don't take if on antidepressents), D-Ribose (muscle repair), Kyolic Garlic, AllibioticCF and a liquid calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3.
Hot baths with sea salts, epsom salts and essential oils, heating pad and/or blanket, magic bag, loose, diabetic socks and loose fitting pants, massage pads and chairs all help too.
I forget to look in the advice section often and I think others do to.
The burning tingling sounds like the nerve pain that many of us get. Drugs like Lyrica and Nuerontin are helpful for this type of pain.
Everyone is different though in what will work for them. I didn't do well on Cymbalta or Lyrica, which I took together for a year. They were both too expensive and weren't working so I switched out to just Neurontin. Once I got it up to the correct dose it really began helping me. It doesn't get rid of the pain for me, but it takes that awful nerve pain down to a low rumble.
I hope you find what works for you.
For non med help alot of people find hot baths with epsom salt and stretching exercises help them.
