OK, new neuro had mentioned prior a lesion on spine from 2007 MRI and when I said what he replied, "Your spinal cord looks like a rat has been chewing on it." Interesting terms I thought but hey.
NOW I FOUND OUT IN 2008 IN MY NEW MRI's THAT I DO HAVE A BENIGN SOMETHING LESION ON MY SPINAL CORD AND NO ONE NOTED IT OR TOLD ME AT THE 2007 MRI!
So, when I speak with the neuro again in 2 wks, if he again states it is evident in the 2007 MRI, I am planning to ask for his statement of such and demand the hospital give me my money back, write off the balance or something. THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS MEDICAL PROFESSIONALISM.
DO KEEP IN MIND, I live in medical hell-hole where they believe asphalt is a rectal disease and couldn't read a paper with a magnify glass, bright light, and dictionary!
THE NEW MRI's were done in a "REAL" medical facility where my family resides out of town.

Only problem, their "egos" get in the way- sometimes...
Good news though- now you can move past...
they only other comment I would make is IMHO... I think SOME Drs would even cover another Docs ass... so we really need to be in charge of whats going on.
My son joked, "Hey what does my car and mom have in common?" Answer, "Neither can go backwards." ROFLOL
No, did'nt smack him.
The only thing that really really scares me, is like today, I am DYING FROM PAIN, and it seems the Drs. always want to chalk everything to FM.
"Oh, you've grown a 2nd head? It's just a FM flare." "Oh, you see spots and walk into walls, and lose speaking ability? Must be SEVERE FM." So, like maybe I should shove my foot up their butt and say, "Oh, you have a foot growing in your butt? It must be a Dr. flare." ROFLOL
I hope it really is just severe FM and Dyskensia....One never really knows. Studied lots about FM and it is extremely similar in symptoms to MS. So maybe if we compare the MS symptoms we will know what to expect with FM???? Just a thought.. HUGS
