Oh, we know that feeling well! I wake thinking, "OK, a green-light day," and by supper? Red light! Best way to go is pace yourself. Sounds obvious, but I have a Monitor on my fridge. Green piece of paper means I feel good. Yellow means Caution, take it slow, approach me carefully. Red means Don't Even Try, and that GOes for You, Too, Family! .... I got in the habit of checking the "monitor" three times a day so Hubby would know where my fibro was, and it's like a nice reminder to me not to get to the red zone.

Stupid as heck? POssibly. But know you're not alone, and we have a ton of work-arounds. I have a super-light-weight stick-vac, no carpeting, and similar. (OMG, the battery-operated super=-light Hoover stick vac is my pal. No more broom-and-dustpan. I Hated bending down for dust pan.)

I wish we hadn't just switched to a new format. The old site was easier to search old threads for title words like "Shortcuts for Fibro".

I feel the same way. I hate that when I wake up in the morning I already feel worn. I cry every time I hear the song, Worn, from Tenth Avenue North. It is my favorite in terms of relating to every word, but brings me to absolute tears every time. I wish doctors could figure out more and get to the bottom of this. Walking around and cleaning should not bring me pure exhaustion and pain. Hugs to everyone.

Thanks all! Sunday was a hard day because of doing too much on Friday and Saturday. Luckily I don't have much going on Monday so hopefully I can rest for most of the day.
