I broke my toe months ago and my foot is still swelling. It's painful to walk on it and it's not healing!! With Fibro it's more sensitive I guess. Has this happen to anyone?

Nope. Improper bone healing means a problem with that bone and/or the limb, so please, please get it re-checked and re-X-rayed and so forth. We're more pain-reactive, yes, but swelling? I've had four bones broken in my left foot, and four toes broken (at a different time, but all four at once) on the same foot. Eight weeks later, I'm fine with the toes, no issues to this day; foot was a little longer. So osmething may be awry and the sooner you have it checked, the better, just in case, okay? Keep us posted!

please go get re -xrayed to make sure you don't have osteomyelitis (bone infection), if you are diabetic this can also slow healing. ask you doctor about a bone growth stimulator, the help speed up healing

Me, I'll get a super duper tiny itty bitty slice of it, so little that it won't be noticeable. New...
