I'm looking forward to having the heated pool as another "tool" in my arsenal of ammunition against the pain.
Hope it works out well for you - I'm anxious to hear more when you get started with actual therapy.
Then it's into the shallow, warmer pool for stretches and exercises. It's a good routine that is going to get my muscles stretched and toned back to what it ought to be.
Tomorrow I have my third and possibly final session...
Forgot to mention, that at the end of my session, I go back into the deep pool with little weights on my ankles and just hang with flotation noodles under my arms. The idea being to relax and stretch with no tension in my body.
I Could never take the Hot Tub Tho...I Lost Tolerance for Heat a few Years ago...I Love Heat...My Body Hates It. Go Figure.
Best wishes :)
