The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Also setting smaller goals. example: If I say I'm going to clean a room I get discouraged and give up before I even start. My first smaller goal is I'm going to sort thru some things or pick up a few things. Once that goal is done I set another smaller goal and before I know it the room is clean. Also if I didn't get the room cleaned I made a dent in it and got something done.
The way someone else put it. How do you eat an elephant? one bite at a time.

I went from sleeping 18 hours a day to working full time while managing my 4 kids on my own. (I'm just now getting back child support)
I felt great but after almost 2 years of that, I got all strung out and life got ugly for a few weeks. Then, luckily for my children, the FDA pulled both drugs from the market.
I only flat-lined for a week and then evened out after that and had regular F without the burden of a mean, cheating husband.
In hindsight, I wouldn't have taken the phentermine.
I use d-ribose and a healthy diet aimed at maximizing energy production. I boost every other day of so by juicing fruits and vegetables.
Exercise is the best energy booster if you can do it. I have my best and most productive energy after a workout - even just dancing around the house for 5 minutes or so, counts - but you have to be very careful to listen to your body and be smart. Exercise can put you away.
HUGS from down south :)
