This is what I find I have to bath in hot water about 3x a day, keeping bubble bath companies in business...the pain and ache in my legs keeps me up at night and in tears. Hope you have more relief and me too:)

I take Epsom baths often. The warm water helps to relax my muscles and take the edge off. I like to mix my epsom salts with essential oils. Some of my favorite oils to use are lavender, peppermint, and wintergreen. I also go soak in a hot tub several times a week. I take hot showers or baths at least 2x a day. Heat definitely helps me to cope.

Been using epson salts for years. Be careful not to put too much in the bath. My nail polish came off the other day. Now I am stingy with the stuff. It's very good and softens the water and allows our biggest organ, our skin, to absorb the mineral.

I have been using it along with lavendar essence it works greatto help relax you. Take med's hot bath and got to bed. You should get a few hours relief. I am in my hot tub three times a day, and at night. We have it in our house. Best thing we ever did water was costing us 300.00 per month. The hot tub stays hot and does not make your hydro go up nut's as others claim. Plus in Canada it can be used for a medical disbility right off, if you have proper documentation from specialist and it's a therapeuatic tub. I can't drive any more due to lyrica but I enjoy my tub. Just have to be safe with it. But my beagle sits on the step and nudges me if he thinks I have been in too long. isabee

I have been taking them nightly prior to bed for the last few nights and they have really helped me get over this real flu I have had.

I agree with you I could stay in the tub for hours it feels good. A cheap high in the privacy of your own tub. Epson salts come in different smells too. I got lavendar for christmas and they are great before you go to bed. isabee

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
