A few months ago I had eye inflammation. I went to the eye doctor twice in a weeks time it was so bad. My eyes felt like they had sand in them and they were very puffy. I couldn't rub them because that made them hurt more.
I understand you dilemma. Put some Murine Tears in your eyes. That soothes them a bit but go to an eye doctor if it keeps up. I had special drops and a gel that I put in each day for about a week before they stopped hurting. As for the scalp, I have not had that yet so I can't comment on it.
I hope you feel better real soon.
Make sure you see an eye doc to rule out inflammation of your optical nerve.
And the list does go on...
So I have let me hair grow long and periodically, I just lop off a big chunk. I care little anymore about how I look. This disease has taken pretty much everything from me.
