as far as the Drama goes, I have no advise there either...I cannot tolerate any, no choices there...
Just wanted to come in and give ya a Hug girl...I Do hope you are feeling better soon..
i tried to sort it out with my friend last night, but in stead it made me even angrier. i think he needs professional psychiatric help that i can't give him.
i mean he sees a counselor and is on meds, but he wants me to "check in' with him "like freinds should" so that he doesn't get crazy ideas about me. wtf... i think i gotta just lay down the barrier and tell him that i can't keep telling him all about my life and illlnesses just so he doesn't think i'm doing something "personally against him" . i can't help (or prevent) his paranoid state of mind or "dilutions".
i'm upset about this, because he thinks that i don't want to be friends with him anymore. but, really, i just can't do what he's asking. it's too much.
For the legs, I suggest getting a good massage....ask around for someone who specializes in leg pain (yes they do exist) and try that....the massage will hurt while it is happening, but immediately after, you will feel wonderful.
As for the home drama.....I suggest buying a Bazooka. That is what I am thinking of doing.
I also need to support my forearm and hand to prevent pain in the wrist, elbow, shoulder and neck.
i told him last night that he has pushed my last nerve and i want him out. early this morning i get an apology letter from him (3 pages long) that he is VERY sorry and is basically begging to stay because if he were to move he would have to pay more rent. that he will do anything i ask if he gets to stay and he will respect my boundaries. he said i was right about a lot of things.
but honestly, him living here with me isn't healthy for me and I let him know that last night. Matthew said he broke down crying in front of him. like i said, DRAMA. it's stressing me the fuck out.
Mathew was trying to convince me to give him another chance! i said tat i already did that and tried to work things out with him LAST time! but Matt thinks i haven't tried hard enough. Why shuld i? it's my house and where i live is my temple! i shouldn't have to try, HE SHOULD!!!
Second...I've been there!!! I had my friend live here (she has Fibro too). At first it was gonna be just her and her youngest as her other two were in treatment at the time.
I did the cooking, I did the cleaning...it got to be too much. It was going to be just for the summer (as she lived in a very bad part of town before) so that she could save up for a new place. All of our hearts were in the right place in the beginning.
Needless to say, over time, things would creep up that irritated us....the garage door...the smoking right outside the window....just lot of irresponsibility stuff. The one that broke my back was when my silver ware (a nice set I got as a wedding gift) was missing pieces. I'm still missing pieces and I got the "oh the kids must have throw them out".
All I can say is this hun....it will continue and even though you and your hunny will be happier when your roommate is gone....it'll still be hard since he's a friend.
We all know that it's best for you that he goes. I'm just so sorry that it's had to turn into so much drama.
But if it'll make you feel better....I'll pack up my boys and their BP & J and ship them down to you for a week. TRUST me, you'll be feeling better real fast!
Hugs hun! And continue to come here to vent! You Need an outlet!
but you all are always here for me and i so very appreciate that!!!
