Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

IBS cramping about every other day that makes me sweat.
PCOS cramping from bursting cysts in my ovaries.

Also have IBS pain occassionally.

Once I hobbled into a restuarant and asked for a hot towel, Went into the bathroom and applied it to my thigh. Nobody got it. The people just thought I was weird.
Hey, maybe I am. :-)
I'm not talking about heavy stuff - just light strength building that keeps some muscle tone.
I'm having ongoing issues with muscle spasms from a trigger point at the site of a decades-old injury that has come back to haunt me now. I hope you and I both get relief soon as I know how painful the spasms can be.
Hopefully somebody will have more ideas.
