or just ..restore to normal amount of blood flow?

do we have blood flow problem, are amount of oxygen in blood problem as well?

Researchers have found people with FMS have especially thick capillaries (tiny blood vessels). This could mean your muscles don't get enough oxygen-rich blood or other compounds you need for proper muscle function.

according to the article i posted under the topic possible fibromyalgia causes
and i can vouch this because im always having numbness and bad blood flow in my arms. im sure its worse in some of us than others.

possible cause for stomach problems such as ibs too i saw a post on here talking about how because our organs arent getting enough blood. i also just read the reason we dont get disability on the first few tries is because of the high percentage of mis diagnoses. of course the SSA is always looking for a loop hole they dont care if ppl suffer. 1/3 get worse 1/3 stay the same and 1/3 improve. i wouldnt be surprised if that dr st almound guy or w e his name is isnt working for the government to discredit us on the legitimacy of fms

So Jon, are you saying that we could have a high oxygen saturation in our blood, but our muscles still are not getting enough oxygen.

I have often felt like my cells do not get enough oxygen & other nutrients, but my oxygen saturation levels are in the high 90's.

This makes soo much sence to me now.

This can also be due to a build up of Fibrin in the muscles, that prevents blood flow. I am being treated for Hyper-coagulation (thick blood), I am injecting Heparin to break up the Fibrin. It has helped a little, but I have a long way to go.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
