if you can't get to a doctor try to talk to a nutritionist . The best way to est right is by canad's food guide. Eveyone needs some fate, sugar and salt in your body. you should not take all out . You can go through withdrawls from foods also. Unless you have health problems with certain foods it's best to talk with a dietician, and nutritionist. I decided to go on WW ad cut out all salt and sugars and couple years ago . It ends up my body needs sodium and my heart started acting up.So it is best to leave it to the professionals who know that area. Now if you can't afford to see someone there is a call in dietician /nutritonist on the internet for a feww of 15.00 they will answer questions , depending on what facts you give them.It is good to have a vitamin /mineral analysis done so that you know if you are lacking anything. Good luck Isabee
I think diet changes help some people that have issues with certain foods, but I don't think that will cure fibro. To me, fibro's a lot more complicated than that. Plus, it would help all of us, which it doesn't.
That is weird, though, that your pain has increased. I would tend to think it's a coincidence, or it was caused by something else.
