Interesting information about scents. I'm going to try the plant thing. I have lots of creosote and eucalyptus in my yard and I love the smells.

Lavender and Vanilla combination has a very soothing effect. So does clary sage. I use a reed diffuser.
Even though I'm sensitive to perfumes and after shaves, etc. essential oils do wonders for my mood. I'll have to look into scent as a way to loose weight. Any help I can get....
