I saw some at our CVS store for $19.99. The difference in price is probably just the manufacturer.

I have never tried them, but I want to! It can't hurt to try.

I ordered some at the cheaper price and when it came, I found that the package had 10, instead of 30.
The highest price I have seen is $40 for 30 pads.

Just curious has anyone used these and do they help. My mother has ordered them for me.

I saw a report about them on tv that John Stossel did. They bought a bunch and gave them to volunteers to do for like a week. They sent each pad to a lab for analysis and it showed it does absolutely nothing (sorry guys!). I guess the color change is just due to the sweat on your feet mixing with whats inside the pad.

i work at walgreens and we sell them 14 for $20 (a two week supply) they are called kinoki foot pads and i have tried them and i noticed that i sleep a little bit better when i use them (not a whole lot better but i woke up feeling more refreshed than when i dont use them) but then it may all be in my head too. good luck.

I just found the ones at Walgreen's.....yeah!
And personally, I do feel better when I use them, regardless of what the 'research' says......
I feel stronger the next day and I have only used them once in awhile, but my feeling better is consistent.
So I think they are definitely worth the try!!!!

I don't have the current catalog, but I think you can order them from Avon too. I need to see some more positive feedback before I try them. I might ask at the Health food store on my nexr visit. I don't have the extra money to give it a try. Keep me posted on these, please
I'm still wondering about the candida connection to fibro. What's the verdict on that?

Speaking only for myself, I have a body chemistry that doesn't support any kind of fungus, so candida isn't an issue in my fibro. I don't even get yeast infections with antibiotics, and I think I'm the only living human who recovered from a nasty toenail fungus without treatment. Got it in both "big" toenails from a pedicure in a place that obviously was not as sanitary as it should have been. When my nails grew out, they were fine. So...no candida here.

Many people don't know about this, or are too embarrassed to exercise their right to use that, but believe me, i used to be an Avon rep and i used to promote this guarantee if any customer was ever unsure, even about the colour of a lipstick, it got me more sales as a result, because customers weren't worried about taking a chance on something, knowing i would be happy to get them a refund if they weren't satisfied. I don't do Avon anymore but I might try these feet pads now, thanks for telling us about them.

And knittinggrandma, did the website say it was for 30? If so, you should ask the company to honour an order for 30, as that's why you chose to buy from them (try to take a copy of the webpage before you contact them so they can't change it and then deny it).

Thank you all for your input on detox foot pads. It seems as though it helps some and not others. I guess its the same for prescription drugs. Some get help and others do not. Thanfs again for your time.

Well I tell ya I'll try anything to get better can;t even type so not going back to fix ok... I have used them and also other detox sources. seems they may be working a little with the sleep kinda cool to feel the KOOL in the morning.

Actually, I have such brain fog that I had forgotten I had even tried them, and was feeling better and had to wrack my brain to remember what it was I had done different that might account for my feeling better, and I remembered the only thing I had changed was using the foot pads...
