I am up in Virginia, I think it is flare season in these parts, too....Hope you feel better sooner rather than later!
then I take a heating pad and get that moist pad it comes with wet.. and put in on my hips.. or take a real hot bath... it horrible I know... think we all can relate....
so many years of this pain.. I get so angry and ugly somedays.... there are not many days of low pain.. not many days where you feel kinda... "good"... sigh...
I have no idea how we all cope... maybe cuz we have to.?... i dunno... lots of tears shed... hope you feel a bit better.. I know most of us dont... big hugs to you tho..:)
Another thing that I do is to take it one day at a time, sometimes, one hour or one minute. Don't dwell on how bad the past fews days, weeks or months have been. Always move forward and try to be as positive as you can be. Take yourself mentally to a place you really want to be and don't be sad that you aren't there now, be happy that you will be there some day....that some day will come if you mentally move forward and do that as much as you can physically. It really worked for me. I'm not where I want to be, but I continue to plug away at it every day.
You have my support!
My hips still hurt but certainly not as much as they did that early morning. If there had been a bridge near by I'm afraid I mighta jumped! ;)
MissJersey, lets friend each other and go from there. It's always scary to give out personal info on the net. But I too would love to make some more friends...who understand what we're going through.
A big heart felt thank you to each of you for coming to my emotional aide. I was in a bad place and you were there for me. You gave me something to hold on to when I needed it and for that I am grateful!
Love you all!!
