Happy Thanksgiving! I just left a discussion telling others about Dr. Teitelbaum great book " From Fatiqued to Fantastic". I also tried the
R-bose and had great results as far as having more energy. I also shared this with my therapist (who has fibro also) and the ribose helped her enery level as well.
1 Crystal light single package
1 tbsp liquid calcium, magnesium & D3
1 B12 tablet (and 1 tbsp of liquid B's if I have it)
aloe vera juice
Depending on the flavour, I'll sometimes add orange, fruit or lemon juice.
4 days after I started taking it, my RLS quit and I was able to stop taking Requip. I was not expecting this. BONUS! I also was able to stop taking Ambien also, though that may have been from the addition of cannabis infused oils to my diet.
I may have to go back down to only taking it once a day. I'm feeling restless these past few days. I'm not sure if it's the additional D-Ribose or external issues - - like family...
Overall, I'm very pleased with the addition of D-Ribose.
Whoo hoo!
HUGS to all from down south :)
Every day is still a new adventure tho. Yesterday cost me 2 days worth of pain meds IN ADDITION to all of the supplements. I got some good rest and am preparing for 3 half-days of work in RETAIL, so you just keep trying...today I was very THANKFUL for a normal successful bowel movement (sorry, but I was :) Cheers
