Sorry you are having such problems with your medication. I haven't been on Cymbalta so not sure of the side effects but hope that they subside and you start feeling better. (((hugs)))

i replaced it with valerian root 1,600mg (no hang over or addiction)...which used to work miracles, till i got on cymbalta. seems now it's not as effective. freakin irritating...
For me, I had the typical, stomach pains, nausea, diarrhea, etc in the beginning as my bod was adjsuting to it. My appetite dropped considerable and I lost some weight ( good side effect, lol)
It helps my mood and stuff so I still take it. Not sure about leg pains but it may subside. The first month or ANY new med is usually the worst.
Do a search on it and check it out. It's helped me and I'm not on any prescriptions right now.
Sleep disorders don't help either. A sleep study might provide some helpful insight to some of the fibro problems.
Hard to say, but you just gotta hang in there. The good days are really worth waiting for!
