And I also get the cramps in my feet...usually in the arches. This mainly happens when I'm driving (trust me, that's fun too)....or when I've been on them long.
I thought someone said that there is a Johnson's Foot soak or Soap....something like that and it has helped them.
Have you ever heard of Zcoil shoes? Here's a link to them.

My mom has a pair...and it helps her out a lot! It throws your entire body into balance....and she has less pain through out her entire body with them.
I've been trying to save up for a pair. I will own a pair....someday.
I've read that if your feet are off....and hurting, it won't be long before the rest of your body starts hurting.
Good luck hun. I'll keep you in my prayers.
thanks, i'll ask her if i should get em. i'll have the VA pay for it.
i usually have 3-4 different pair of shoes with me and change up several times a day.
the people i work with are very understanding and don't bitch at all about the many ice packs i keep in the freezer and always allow me the time when i need to ice my feet(and most everything else)
Eeyow, sounds like you have it, too. that sucks!
and personally i think those people on the dr scholze "gellin" comercials are pretty much fulla shit :)
But when my feel hurt, nothing helps, I walk around like I am 115 some time. All hunched over and walking like I am walking on glass.
It is so painful, this is how I started my way into the land of Fibro. Before I even started working there. I went in to see a Physiatrist. She sent me for my first MRI, and body scan. She tried me on Celebrex, but I got hives from it, so she said, do some line dancing and you will be fine. lol
But she was so nice. And gave my a prescription for Orthotics. Which I have been using for years.
I just put them up, and I use peppermint foot cream, that really help sooth. But there nothing much that helps me get around.
Good post, hope we both find some good suggestions.
Hope you got some cool shades.
Gentle hugs, Sherrall
I have one of those foot bath things with the heat. bubbles and massage. I also have a good husband who does not mind giving footrubs.
Run, or hobble, to your nearest Drug store or large supermarket and buy some Johnson's Foot Soap.....it is a granular foot soak and the ONLY thing that I have found that give me any relief at all.
