ok, so yesterday my bf (who lives with me) was DETERMINED to buy a new AC unit to replace the broken one.
even tho i still feel like crap (still in trial stage of cymbalta and have had crazy shooting pain) i agreed to go with him to pick one out. good thing i Did go, cuz he was about to buy a huge expensive one that isnt even necessary!
anyways, i had other errands to run while we were out, but he was only fixed on buying the AC and that was it. so he says he is driving straight home. i wasn't happy but -whatever, i'll drive my own truck back out and pick up a futon cover and Sunday paper.
but when i got home, i worsened. i felt even more run down the ibs flare i woke up with was even getting worse.
this is where shit started going SOUTH. he kept insisting that i feel free to jump in and help him with cleaning off the windows and screens, take out the old AC unit, and help him put the new one in. FIRST OF ALL, i didn't want the AC unit! it was his idea!!! SECOND, i felt like shit!!! and every time i tried to start helping, i had to stop and either curl up from pain, lay down, or run to the shitter!!! he kept getting mad at me for stopping or resting!!!
now generally, my man is very sweet and TRIES to be understanding. but not last night! then HE HAD THE BALLS TO SAY THAT I WAS WHINING!! i blew a gasket and ended up cussing his fuckin ass out!!! walked away... when he came down to aske me if i wanted to help him, i told him that after what he said to me, i don't wanna have anyting to do with it!!! FUCK HIM AND HIS AC!!!
till this morning his still giving me the silent treatment... whatever.

As for you boyfriend...he was just being a dumb boy.
WHY....I don't know....but they see something in sight and their blinders are put on. They can't see that it's hurting us, they can't see that it's not necessary....they simply can't see.
Yet, it's this same stupid quality in them that we adore. Especially when they can't see how different we are because they love us, they can't see how messy the house is because we've been hurting for a few days.....and such.
When my hubby does this sort of dumb thing...he too get an earful. But in the end....I always learn that he was simply trying his best to make my life better. Even as idiotic as it seems. I have to love him more for trying.
But I'll say this much.....it sure does feel good to just go off on him sometimes when he does the stupid stuff. LOL, it's sorta like training a puppy. If you scold them enough....they'll eventually learn not to behave badly.
AFTER THREE WEEKS OF GING TO HIS PLACE WHICH IS GREAT EMACULENT & SHOW ROOM HE'S NEVER THERE ALWAYS WORKING SO I UNDERSTAND HE WANTS TO ENJOY HIS NEW STUFF, THATS GREAT CUZ MINE NEEDS SO MUCH REPAIR! (WHICH HE HASN'T & DOESN'T HAVE THE TIME TO EVER HELP ME W/ANTYTHING @ MY PLACE! fact I HAVE DETERMINED!
ANYWAY EVERYTING IS ALWAYS FOR HIM @ HIS PLACE WHEN WE ARE TOGETHER! WE DID HIS WHOLE PATIO W/ FLOWERS(I'M A GARDENER=SO HE DECIDED THAT WAS OUR PROJECT THE LAST TWO WEEKENDS TOGETHER!) W/OUT ASKING ME! I HAVE A HARD TIME DOING MY OWN HOME!
SO AFTER ALL THIS HE WAS BEING RUDE ALL DAY KEPT COMING IN & TURNING OFF TV= IF HE WAS DONE WATCHING IT! EVEN THO AFTER ASKING WHAT WAS ON =& I STARTED TELLING HIM, HE TURNED OFF TV & WALK OUT OF ROOM W/ME TALKING! I STARTED THE SILENT TREATMENT OR SHORT ANSWERS & WOULD WALK OUT OF ROOM! TO PATIO OR OTHER ROOM FINALLY SAID ITS GETTING LATE WE NEED TO GET GOING TO MY HOUSE =NOW I HAVE A BAG TO PACK UP & GATHER STUFF! HE WENT STRAIGHT TO CAR W/IT RUNNING! WAITING FOR ME TO GATHER EVERYTHING UP!NOT HELPING ME! JUST SITTING IN CAR FOR 10MINS!
I BLU! BIG TIME LET HIM KNOW HOW I HAD BEEN HELPING HIM & THAT WHEN I GO HOME IT TAKES ME ALL WEEK IN BED TO RECOVER THEN ITS BACK TO HIM ON SAT & THEN TUESDAY NIGHTS! & HE HAS BEEN SO RUDE JUST THINKING ABOUT HIS STUFF FOR "US" TO DO TOGETHER YET HE IS DICTATING WHAT I CAN WATCH ON TV & WHEN!& I HAVE BEEN NOTICING HE REALLY DOESN'T PSAY ATTENTION WHEN I TELL HIM ANYTHING ABOUT MY LIFE HE NODS & THEN MIN LATER ASKED ME ? TO WHAT I JUST TOLD HIM!

He was/is crazy about his wife and would do anything for her - if he could - but that wasn't enough.
It just seems like it's always men because so few men have fibro so we rarely hear about the women who mistreat them.
and misunshine, that guy's a LOSER! with a capital "L"! kick him to the curb... if my man ever did anything like that, he'd be missin a few teeth and one testicle- oops, did i say that??
anyways, he said he was sorry... after i cussed him out one more time. i told him that my fibro is stuck with me forever unless they find a cure, so if he can't deal with it then pack up! but he loves me so he came to his senses after i let it soak in. lol
but you all rock! and every time i'm pissed and i come here, i end up laughing! thanks for all that! cheers!! take care y'all!!
