Wish I could get more of this thru family and friends...but I guess in a way we all here are family...this has been a safe haven for me.
Thanks again,
Lori
I have just come of a 5 month flare up. Like yourself I felt like throwing in the towel many times, in fact nearly did. Just stuck in bed all that time was doing my head in. It has eased quite a lot now. Am reading again, even went for a small walk yesterday. Looks a bit nippy out today. Will see what tomorrow rings.
Take care.
Love and hugs,

Thinking of you.

We do not what it's like and it isn't fun. It's perfectly okay to start screaming and throwing things! LOL
You may want to continue going to a chiropractor and a Reflexologist. You also probably worked primarily nights and got into a sleep deprivation pattern?
I'm going to sound like a broken record, but what is your B12 level at? Mine was extremely low and now have to take injections.
I was up until 3:00 am making chocolates and bookmarks, so I've got a headache and shoulder ache today. The nerve pain in my arms and legs are gone and my therapy exercises have eased my sciatic and hip pains. I posted the techniques in my photos section. I used to feel like someone shot me in the butt with a gun. Now, nothing.
Please remember that a lot of friends and family will NEVER understand how your body feels but you have us and we know exactly hoe you feel, we are your new FMily and will always be here for you.
Hugs,V
