I would see your doctor if you can and get his/her advice on the matter, but personally I lie down or sit down and try to take deep breaths and calm my mind. I am sorry, I wish I could offer better advice than this, but for now I am trying to cope and figure out these fainting spells as well. Please feel free to message me anytime. Prayers for you.
I agree with the other fibromytes, deep breaths, mindfulness & meditation can do wonders. Hot showers or baths sometimes help, as can gental music. YouTube has great meditation videos with wonderful music.
Also if you have anything, muscle relaxers, alergy meds, sleeping pills, try anything to knock you out for a short time to get your body to relax a little.
The first thing you have to do is break the cycle of pain!
Then there are other therapies to try, but first you have to break the cycle.
Good Luck & warm wishes
