Glad you got some relief.
LOL, I saw "bath salts" and for a second I thought, Wait, is she talking about the drug thing?! See, this is what happens when you're married to a guy who grooves on cop shows...
Like Leo, when I first saw it I thought you were also using them as drugs. It is a very huge problem here in NY. Actually, I am not even sure you can buy bath salts except from a pharmacy.
I though ugh oh... NOT gonna be a viable Fibro option... unless you only have a few brains cells left...
I have been using bath salts for years and then bam all of a sudden they weren't used to soak in any more and every store in my small town nt longer had them.
I had to find a different supplier. HaHa! I went for the authentic "Dead Sea Salts" ya know from the dead sea. I love the lavender and eucalyptus. Like you said Rain just a few minutes of NO PAIN is worth every penny I pay for them. I get mine from a Missouri based business called Jordan Essentials, they are on the net if anyone it interested.

They had a pool for fibromyalgia patients at our one hospital but sadly with the renovations they are doing they've closed it. and the other pools around here are too expensive for me to go to. So hurry up summer and I can go to the outdoor pool which I get for free because I'm on disability.
Need to find the strength to clean my tub before I do the epsom salts.
But I understand what you mean about relaxing.
I've had the Dead Sea salts before. And they are very Nice. And I find they are relaxing and therapeutic for the body.
I just need to re order some. they cost a bit more than Epsom salts but I feel it is worth it.
now I can't remember the particular website where I bought them from. Online somewhere.
I'll have to check my old e mails but there are different brands and sources online.
The Dead Sea salts contain many minerals which are healing to the body including magnesium which Epsom salts has.
