Hello,
It's a bad pain day, but what else is new. I am annoyed with my husband and adult kids. They seem to think I can just go, go, go. That increases pain, is tiring, and very irritating. I am on medical leave from work for a reason. The knees and feet are really hurting. Walking a lot on concrete doesn't do any good for plantar fasciitis or runner's knees. I am going to sleep. Maybe they will leave me alone about going anywere then. I hope.
Hope you all have a better day than me,
Lisa

I'm alive, I'm sleeping like a rock, and for some reason I wanted cherry juice so that seems to be helping. (??? Weirdo that I am.)***Infamous therapies over history:1. The Attic. The madwoman in the attic is a motif in literature going waaaaaay back: the nutty female relative is locked in the attic. (See: Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte for a grotesquely racist version of it, and Charlotte Perkins...

Welcome to the Perseid meteor showers, the "biggies" usually every year. (The Leonids beat 'em one year IMHO).AND today much of the northern hemisphere will see 5 to 99% solar eclipse. How cool is that? Your best bet is to be in the UK or norhtern Spain, where totality is excellent before sundown. Me, I'll get a super duper tiny itty bitty slice of it, so little that it won't be noticeable. New...

I hope you find some relief soon-
I have to ask, what you do for the planter pain? I have tried everything that has been suggested to me (insoles, foot massages, putting my feet up) & nothing helps.
Fo Plantars? I walk barefoot a lot and do foot stretches using a soft foam ball, and that helps tons. For referred pain that shows up in my feet but is actually my lower back... I ice/heat my back.
And definitely be conscious of your gait. Heel to toe, no rolling your foot inward or outward, etc.... When I relearned to walk a few years ago, doing that, barefoot, tuned me i to where I was actually "out of whack", and it often was felt in my feet, but my feet were not the source of the pain.
Luck and healing!
