I never hear ppl talk about mornings being the hardest. And yes when my eyes open I'm stiff, sore, nausea's feel miserable, my worst time of day. I used to love being fit, the gym was my second home.
I get up make Hubby's lunch, clean, laundry ,go get groceries if needed. I don't feel as confident doing my errands anymore. I make a list and never finish, well maybe once in awhile.
Hubby is very understanding make dinner, relax rest of the evening.
Most of the time my body say's what I'm going to do. I love working in the yard and we have a pool so that helps in the Summer.
Pain rules my day as I'm sure it does ya'lls. I try very hard to be positive and thankful but it's hard.
Most days Ill get some dishes and laundry done.I babysit for my grandson 3 or 4 times a week, but hes 3 months and easy right now.I sometimes keep an appointment.I nap 2 hours minimum a day.Have to,no way around it.i try to prioritize what needs to be done each day and do the top 2 or 3.I try not to get mad at myself if I have a day where nothing gets done.It happens.
The pain in my legs and lower back intensifies as the day goes on and really slows me down to where I need to sit or stretch out.The fatigue gets worse too as the day goes on..I have no pain meds at all because my drs wont give me any.also dealing with cervical disk disease in my neck,so some days that limits my ability to even sit at the computer. Its a challenge to not let it get me very down and out..
