My son, 20 yo, works as a construction helper and goes to the gym several times a week, swimming and using treadmill etc. So he's wearing work boots a lot, then working out...
so his feet have been hurting him, and getting swellings on them, and the other day, he had a swelling which was quite sore, on the outside of his heel (not the back, the side). I put some Bragg apple cider vinegar on a large bandaid, and put it on the swelling which was about 1 x 1.5 inches large. I forgot all about it.
I asked him how his foot was, and he said that ever since he took that bandaid off it's been fine.
Now he often pooh poohs what I say and the little ideas I want him to follow, but he couldn't argue with me on the effectiveness of this stuff since he had success himself.
so now my daughter, 18yo just put it on a large chin pimple last night.. I have to ask her how THAT worked. I'll let you know....

Ok, well, my daughter said it didn't help on the ol' chin... but my son was pretty happy because his feet have been really giving him trouble. So, it's worth a try, anyway...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
