I know that muscle cramps can be part of the fibro, but I have been getting cramps in my, um, butt muscles. Makes it very difficult to walk or sit, or talk without swearing, lol. Does anyone else get these?

Yes Sandy, we are the only group of people you may ever meet, where you can say we have a pain in the butt and mean it.

get ur potassium levels checked...be sure you are Hydrating urself well...Just ask me about THAT sometime...do real light stretches in the area that is spasming...real light...DO NOT PULL on the muscle...I actually get the BUTT Spasms from sitting...standing or walking is OK for me...well, you know what I mean...not really OK, but it does not cause the spasms...I call it "Smooshed Butt Syndrome"..if I have had to sit for more then 20-30 minutes, my BUTT Retaliates BIG time !!

Thanks D and augh. I know it sounds like a funny problem--by bf keeps saying he will massage them away for me. I've been accused of being a pain in the a.. but this is rediculous.

Lol, thanks Dakota. I've tried the stretching, but maybe I was doing it too hard. I'll do the gentle stretches next time. I also work at home at my desk, so that probably adds to it.

Oh yes and I get a lot of laughs from friends and family. How I wish they could feel one of those cramps. Not so great.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
