@misunshine: my wife has tried the pain killers when the pain is really bad. I takes about a half hour for them to kick in, she feels ok for about an hour, then gets sleepy and needs to take a nap. The nap will last about two hours and when she wakes up she feels like she's been kicked in the head by a mule. The splitting headache is crushing after taking those meds. They are a last resort thing.. (I also have a problem with Rx pain meds because they are very addicting. My older brother became addicted to them and OD'd about a year ago.)
I feel like submitting myself to a mental health faciilty and just shutting down for a couple of weeks. My mind feels overloaded .... I can tell I'm really stressed because my jaw hurts (I clinch my teeth when I'm stressed).
All the meds the doctors were giving me were increasing the depression which made the pain and migraines worse. Look close to what meds she is taking.
She is definitely depressed and feeling burned out on life.
