tramadol and butalbital. Some days they work really well and sometimes the pain is so bad that they can't touch it at all.
I also have Voltaren, which is a gel for arthritis pain, but I've used it on my whole right leg when I'm about to go out of my mind and it worked fairly well. I also have Lidoderm patches, which I've used on my shoulders, hip, knees, etc. and they give some relief. I also take Zyflamend which is a supplement for inflammation, you have to take it for about 4-6 weeks before you can tell, but it helps with my neck & shoulder pain - but that's my arthritis area, so might not help so much for fibro pain.
The other thing we did is a sweeping blood screening, checking all my levels, checked organs for problems, etc. Because of that I am on both kinds of Vit D and also B-12. Even more than that, it's peace of mind knowing we're not missing anything because I can't feel it over my chronic pain.
