Yessss my brain fog and zaps we’re getting unbearable, you can’t think, concentrate or understand most things ...... what cleared mine up in one session was hyperbaric oxygen chambers I live in UK they are mostly offered to MS patients, it’s so helped but I am having issues still with trying to know what I want to say, it’s in the back of my head I know the words but can’t seem to remember how to say them if that makes sense but getting rid of the brain fog is such a relief it’s expensive but so worth it. You have to keep having top ups every week I’ve written about it on here before x all I can say that before that to get some relief I would do nothing to stimulate the brain eg watch telly, have long conversations, read a book so I found talking books helpful because although your listening you kinda zone out it’s boring and frustrating I did this for many months but you probably know this anyway. I would suggest the hyperbaric chambers if finances allow x

Hello , try to rest and concentrate as much as you can, its hard but accepting that it happens and not getting frustrated is best, I know that it happens to me when i am on the phone and it upsets me but after all there is nothing I can do, just take each day as it comes, Yes I do believe that oxygen intake helps, but I don't live near such place that is available. I do have an air purifier for asthma and it does help by keeping the air clean, maybe you should try, best wishes*

Hi I can relate I have had bad brain fog. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and CFS and Depression and Migraines and Sleep Apnea, Seizures and Asthma it has alot to do with not getting enough oxygen to the brain and not being able to breathe right .I am not able to wear a cpap mask for my sleep apnea which causes me to have other problems and causes me to snore but it effects my sleep and that effects my over all health . I have been diagnosed with 23 different illnesses and I take 21 different medications a day not including supplements and vitamins. I do find that drinking caffeinated coffee in the morning helps me but drinking green tea also helps that has caffeine to but not as much. Omega 3 is good for the brain and so is ginko biloba. I eat fish as a regular part of my diet to get some omega 3 and eggs but I can't take omega 3 supplements I can't digest them well. so I take Flaxseed oil supplements instead. I also take Tumeric supplements. Vitamin B12, Centrum Complete multivitamin and multimineral for people 50 and over. I am younger than that but it has vitamins in it that I already need and that I should be taking. It has all the vitamins that I take plus it has lycopene and lutein in it . Those are not in the vitamins for younger people but they should be they are for prevention of certain cancers and for eye health. I also take Beta carotene, Garlic supplements, potassium, vitamin c, vitamin D3, Calcium, magnesium and zinc, Iron, stool softener because I take Iron, Cinnamon and chromium,81mg asprin,Folic acid. Anyway I hope you feel better meditation to soft music may help I like to do imagery. but I also like to do praise and worship I am a christian and it soothes me and makes it easier for me to think. works for me but everyone is different. I also do art and write to clear my head and help me to relax and focus.
