Hello, I guess this what one hits is relpy when they want to post in a section? I am male with fibro, crohn's And now Cauda Equina symdrome. which I like to find some support groups on this since this has over taken my Fibro and Crohn's problems bigtime.

Hi,my name is Judy, and I was diagnosed with fibo Oct. 2008. I also have back pain from a slipped disc, bad knees,and hypothyroid.. I am just into starting a new exercise routine,with the help of my pyschologist., who reinforces the importance of it,for people who have fibo. I enjoy reading,and love my 3 dogs. I'm a nature-lover. I took early retirement April 2009, due to multiple heath problems, that produce chronic pain.

Hello! I am 26 and have recently been diagnosed with fibro and don't know much about it or how to deal with it. So I am kinda floundering trying to figure out what works. I am looking forward to learning more about this and getting the encouragement to beat it. I really don't know anyone that has fibro, so I kinda feel alone and don't have anyone to bounce ideas off of.
