You are not alone! I have the same problem! I'm still in the process of trying to get to a doctor. They don't beleive me and the pelvic health team want's me to see a social worker to begin. I have an appointment next week. Hopefully she can refer me to someone. There's got to be a solution. I think I take the same class of medication as you. I was on olanzapine then risperidal and now ziprasidone. Anyway, Good luck I'll be reading all the replies to this post.
Take the medication as far away from the time you like having sex as possible. If you have sex at night, then take it right after having sex, so you will have the least amount possible in your system the next night.
I ended up getting off this med. I just couldn't take the amount of effort it took me to have an orgasm. Plus, it did further deteriorate my sex life at the time because I was always feeling that if I couldn't have an orgasm why get all bothered by having sex. So, I stopped being so sexually active. It was a downward spiral.
