In regard to losing your sexual desire, there is hope for the future. The problem might not be that you don't like having sex but that you have not found the right partner. Every partner is a different experience so don't worry about future relationships. Your sex life could still have a very bright future!
So flush it ! wipe it a way, start over.
Were you in a position to ask your partner to slow down/stop? If not, you also might not have felt safe, which would have contributed to the pain.
The blood may be related to a disease or injury, or it could be psychosomatic. My body did that for ages after a rape, and then I told someone, and the spotting stopped.
