Sorry for your situation, BTDT.
I have gave him endless amount of money, cos he was to poor to eat. .. never seen a dime back..
the other day he lost his his girls friends cell phone/his sims card inside. when she went to boot camp he took over her pink phone.. he called me demanding i find my old phone so he could have it. saying it was his.. that if i didnt find it and give it to him, he would give me back something of mine he has.. well i never gave him the phone. cha.. sucka.. so he went and got a new one..
Then he had the balls to ask me for more $$ I said I dont have anymore i am broke. He states back at me that I have the money his dad sent me for the boys holiday.. I looked at him dead in the eye and said "key word its the kids money, and no i am not giving a dime of it cos i will never see it back"
he went irrate on me, cos he didnt get his way.. blah. i just tossed my hands up and said "Convo done" and walked away..
you have to remember that half the time what they say they will do they wont do it..
I have tested him a million and ten times.. he's never gone thru with his words..
I think you are really missing your own point. You are divorcing him for VIOLENCE, whether he is a manipulator or not is completely beside the point. Stick to your guns and divorce him if not to just protect you but also your child(ren).
I am really beginning to see a trend that many of us get into... we stick around because our spouse is BP, but that doesn't mean crap when physical abuse etc starts to occur. You have to protect yourself and the rest of your family.
Where have ya been?
