It would seem to me that with so many school teachers, basketball coaches, and other school personnel committing so many sex crimes against students, that the last thing they should concentrate on would be a treatment center in close proximity to the school.

From all the news reports, much of the sexual abuse originates from within the school itself. If they truly want to keep students safe and "protect the children" maybe they should concentrate on cleaning up their own backyard before they worry about someone else's.

Since they have had no incidents with the treatment center regarding students in a two year period, it seems as if the students are at higher risk for sexual abuse by being within the school itself rather than any risk associated with the treatment facility.

Of course, it is always easier to sweep the problem under the rug, relocate the treatment center, and make it some else's problem.

The ignorance of this country sometimes literally takes my breath away.
