My son is in prison in California He is alone out there with no one to visit. And I'm sure that he is tired of only getting letters from his mom.....Can anyone recommend any pen pal type services that he may be able to get someone to write him?

Please let me know.

There is a website called write a prisoner I believe where you can set up a profile for him and people will see and write letters to him. I am not sure exactly how it works, but it may be something to look into.

I would be more than happy to write him letters as well.

There are some sites he can place an ad on and look for a pen pal.

www.writeaprisoner.com is one site that does that, but I know there are many more.

He should let them know he is a sex offender, as some of them would not want to start a pen pal relationship with a sex offender. By telling them in advance, he will more likely get a pen pal who will stick with him.
