Recieved a letter today from Hub. He had his evaluation on 9/3, they refused to drop his points because he was in a motorcycle gang (of civil servants) and that he fits the profile of someone who would cause problems. That basically, they will find any reason to add points so that he stays a level 4.
They wouldn't even listen to anything he had to say, like he quit the club a month before his arrest because he was becoming aware of a bad public wrap of the club.
They are trying to Fuck with him to ensure he gets killed!

If its not a prison with troublemakers, why are they on constant lockdown? And not just a day, it's weeks at a time. I know they will lie to cover their butts, I'm not naive.
Also, he STILL doesn't have a toothbrush, they keep telling him they ran out - BS! I got more info about this "committee". I'm going to be making more calls tomorrow. He still doesn't have his committee report either.
I did some digging, and CA says that if an inmate is boarder line between two levels, they can reclassify him as the lower level. Believe me, I will be referencing TiTle 15 that states all the rules.
He has no toothbrush?? Look up the health regs as well the more you know the better to beat them at there own game. What is this committee stuff??
From what I gather, they look over his file and determine what his risk level is, which determines what items he can and cannot have (ie razors he can't have). Hub says they had a real attitude with him. And yrs, they are violating him getting proper health care. So, not only will I be calling on Monday, but the attorney in San Quentin will also be notified of all my concerns....
They don't realize, I am not a person to mess with....I'm the nicest person you will meet, but piss me off and you will see my wrath! I've tried to keep it in check, to keep him from getting reprcussions from it- but I'm done! I am changing the rules...
Your aloud and iam pretty sure most people would agree with me to put in complaints about the prison...you may also have grounds to sue them! Also I would be finding a way to get the treatment that your man is dealing with into the papers.
Iam fighting my man's prison right now too over the phones, mail,them changing the visits oh them moveing a old guy who only has a little bit left to live to a maximum prison so his family only gets a hour with him once a week.
