Recieved a letter today from Hub. He had his evaluation on 9/3, they refused to drop his points because he was in a motorcycle gang (of civil servants) and that he fits the profile of someone who would cause problems. That basically, they will find any reason to add points so that he stays a level 4.

They wouldn't even listen to anything he had to say, like he quit the club a month before his arrest because he was becoming aware of a bad public wrap of the club.

They are trying to Fuck with him to ensure he gets killed!

I will be calling his councilor and I emailed his attorney.

I downloaded an app and tested it out with my kids. It appears to work pretty good with my iPhone. It's called Call Recorder.
I am also calling an attorney based in San Quintin, who deals with all prisoners issues in the state.

im sorry to hear that thought , you should talk to the head of the jail person there and have your hub file a grevance report . . ill be praying for things to work out right and the unfaitrness to stop GBU

I called his councilor, of course they deny everything they said. And said it wasn't a place for troublemakers, even though the CDCR says for that prison that its for those who with "management issues" while in prison.

Did you aske them why cdcr had it listed as such then?? It's sounds like your getting the run around sorry.

Yeah. "You shouldn't listen to rumors" I responded, it's not rumor, it's listed on the CDCR website. All I got was was them avoiding the answer.

They said something About a report that is made with a committee at orientation (?) that he might have a copy of it by the end of the week. They called it a 128G report that if there was anything on the report that he disagreed with that he could appeal it.

Do you know what this report is and what it may entail? I want to know if I should wait until I get a copy before I ruffle anymore feathers.
