Hello everyone,
My son is RSO in Pennsylvania, my husband and I are thinking about buying a mobile home in Delaware as a vacation home and evently move there after we retire. My question is will my son be able to visit for a few days at a time or will he have to register in Delaware even though he won’t live there. I have tried to research it but I can’t find anything.
So if he comes to visit you for three days and then leaves the state, he is OK. Please note that the three days are not an aggregate total, so he could legally visit three days every two weeks. But he cannot visit you for three consecutive days.

Yes, if he is on probation he will not only need approval from his PO, but he may have to convince the PO to issue him a travel pass to visit Delaward.
Nak, I am not aware of any registration scheme in any state which requires a registrant---once off probation and only on the sex offender registry---to notify his native state before he visits another state.
Several states require a registrant to contact their local registration body if they plan to move to another state---and sometimes if they plan to move within the state--- but not if they will only visit.
