Well wadda ya know! I commend those officers (and you know I do not say that lightly!) for actually having an open mind to the possibility that he did not do this! i bet she never thought it would be her being charged with CP!

It was a State case, not Federal. Also, why wasn't she charged with making a false accusation? Anyway, he wins she loses. Serves her right!
