It shows how far down the road to insanity this country has traveled regarding anything concerning CP.

Notice how the law enforcement officers, while under questioning from the hired gun prosecutor, testified that the video was very distrubing. Ha Ha

What alternative universe do they live in? Almost every family has taken a picture or two of their kids either in the bathtub or just getting out of the bathtub doing silly things.

And the road to insanity just keeps going and going and going.................

Unbelievable! This is insanity at best. What happened to innocent until proven guilty. When officers can say they were very disturbing - like they never took innocent bathtub pictures of their kids when they were little. Wow, if they searched the officers family photos, I bet that they would find some. I can only hope that they end up dropping the charges against this great father.

i wanted to comment on this one....even though the comments are most possitive....i commented...dont know if i did it right or not...

What about the people who have lost everything and are doing time for the very same "offense" they will be registered sex offenders for the rest of their lives.

Come to think of it...in the same vein...shouldn't changing your child's diapers be a felony? Don't you have to touch their private parts? Perhaps someone should suggest that every child should be fitted with catheters and colostomy bags when they are born so that only licensed professionals will have to touch those areas....1984, anyone?

I know my aunt still has pictures, of me when I was in the tub with my cousin naked playing around and being kids it's sad.that something so innocent is considered cp now days people have dirtu minds to think like that

i know how to beat a polygraph.

also, people have gone back to prison for not telling my po about intimate relations.

I think oneofthems idea could really work. I think it has to be done soon though, before they build enough private prisons/jails that it wouldn't over load the system
