The distinguished Mr. Abel is nothing but a grifter, a charlatan, a con artist, a scammer, and ultimately a thief.

They say that "there is a sucker born every minute" and our government must be the ultimate sucker if it actually believes that anyone can predict future criminal acts by looking at some pictures and answering some questions.

We would have about as much success rate if we went down to the five and dime store and purchased a ouija board and used it for assessing an offenders propensity to commit a sex offense.

The telltale sign that this test is bogus is the fact that he does not allow the author to take the test himself to validate the test.

Polygraphs, plysmegraphs, and now this test are not much more than barbaric contraptions no better than witchcraft.

The ignorance and the willingness to be duped in this country is staggering.

Personally I think every Judge should have to have the Abel test done on them....and see what it feels like and see what their results say (without anyone administering it knowing who they are, of course).

Did anyone notice there's not mention of test subjects or control groups in his research? How can you determine an "appropriate response" without that?
