An example was in the article where the Virginia detective continued to bait the guy who was wagering very small amounts amongst his friends on sports events such as football games. These guys were just your normal co-workers like you and I who placed friendly bets----as most of us men have done at one time or another. Hell, they even called in the SWAT team to make the arrest.
I guess they have to justify all that military gear they have bought through forfeitures and federal grants to fight crime.
This parallels the method the government uses to bait and egg on the lonely guys in chat rooms looking for a horny teen to talk to. Many times the “teen”, who turns out to be a member of law enforcement, continues to PURSUE and entice the guy until he finally relents and agrees to meet her somewhere. WHAM—then he is arrested.
This is not good law enforcement. This is an example of an out of control bunch of cops who want to create crimes so their money train in the form of federal grants will keep rolling in.
Sad what this country has stooped to.

I never thought I would say this, but I like your PEACEFUL approach to fighting these injustices.
I DID NOT like all the rhetoric about beating up cops or anything to do with violence, but rallies and calling the police departments and holding them accountable, as you have done, is a great idea.
It is even more effective and more interesting when you can get the media involved to expose all this wrongdoing on the part of law enforcement.
Violence just gives them a chance to mow us down and arrest us as being "incorrigible troublemaking perverts." They are just itching for an excuse to eliminate our movement once and for all.

As a friend who was a homicide detective once told me, "I'm more afraid of the other cops than I am of any of the murderers."
The creation of sex crimes has gone far beyond the classic chat room sting featured on To Catch a Predator. For most the part it's been years since things like that have been done mainly because the open chat rooms they used no longer exist. These days it's adult dating sites where they portray themselves as adults even going so far as to make first contact and baiting the "target" with adult pornography before any minor is ever mentioned. Many times even when the idea of a minor is introduced it isn't about doing anything with a minor because all that is needed is that the target agree to perform some sex act where he knows a minor will be present. That doesn't mean the target had to agree to do anything directly in front of a minor child either as many jurisdictions define in the presence of a minor as "the minor child can see, hear or otherwise sense the act is taking place" which is very broad.

Whether you believe it or not I actually do think you have a lot of good ideas like exposing police secrecy and you are right a big problem is the cops strike the first blow but I think that effect can be limited by fully documenting every part of a rally. There's nothing a cop hates worse than having the cameras rolling when he's "doing his job.". Even if nothing happens you probably still have some good footage you might be able to use to publicize some issues.
So technically speaking in some jurisdictions you could be charged with a crime simply by having sex with someone if a minor is in the house..as in what half the country does after putting their kids to bed...
I have also noticed that now police create crimes and many times decide that an execution is warranted even for the most mundane events. Here is an example - http://www.change.org/petitions/madison-police-chief-noble-wray-take-officer-stephen-heimsness-off-the-streets
I also wanted to share with you an article my son sent me yesterday. This shows that the NSA have used and manipulated the laws – if you read the whole article you will see that they sit in rooms and CREATE laws that none of us even know about! Which means that those people who are hanging on to the old ideas and say things like ‘ I am not worried that they have my info because I have nothing to hide’ can be breaking the law right now and not even know it. Remember the NSA are the same people that purchased more hollow point bullets last year than the US military, no hesitation targets, and conducted practice shoot-outs with citizens dressed as zombies (most agree that this was just a way to anesthetize the agents to shooting unarmed citizens). One of the scariest things in this article is that it shows the Supreme Court is working with them to do this! Something bad is going to happen – either the citizens will rally and revolt or we are going to have some type of military coup. Personally I hope it is the first choice and we take out country back.
Here is the article about the NSA

On a side note – as I was looking for info on Paulie (see first link above) I ran across several petitions for sex offender issues. They never get enough signatures – until enough of the general population becomes educated and changes their minds about the registry we are not going to get many results.

Absolutely right. The legislative trend has been to write criminal statutes as "strict liability" offenses meaning there isn't much wiggle room. As an example Florida's chapter 800 lewd or lascivious statutes had to add this exception otherwise breast feeding would be illegal.
"(8) EXCEPTION.—A mother’s breastfeeding of her baby does not under any circumstance constitute a violation of this section."
