Exactly Nak and all - people see it differently than we do - people see him as something to hide - we know the total hell he has just been faced with. So many things are like this - we people hear of an absconded RSO we know they just could not take it anymore - the people see it as that person is out lurking about to do another sex crime - when will people wake up?? Although I know the answer to that - not until it happens to them or someone they care about

Small minded people with nothing better to do but cause trouble and incite fear. Great. Of course he won't open the door. However, the rest of the world won't understand why. This just plays into everyone's preconceived notions that are hammed in by the media, either on TV or over the Internet. I agree that the manager knew the situation. He's just covering his a**.

This kind of story bothers me because I feel it can be used against anyone on the registry. All you need to do is become the focus of a story and your life implodes because of the situation.
