My partner and I have contact. We got a new PO and he stated he did not agree with the last PO and we were granted contact. NO more issue specific poly's and he is going to clear several of the last poly's. He wants to work toward getting supervised contact with out son. What an answer to prayer. What a difference a PO makes.

sometimes i honestly dread coming here and reading about all the hardships, the pain and the anguish we all go thru.

and yet..... it's the little rays of sunshine, the good news like yours that puts the glad back in my heart!

It had been 2 years without contact. It was all due to the first PO believing that you should punish an SO on Appeal. We lost the appeal, PO lost his job and somewhere in there we got a new PO that wants to move forward. My partner was charged with kissing an adult who took serequel and did not tell him she was unable to decide to kiss.... So now I have to go to informed supervisor class and we can move forward... I don't know what the future brings..... But i do know that thanks to this group, there is light along the way!
