Signs on RSO - This is so freaking stupid!!!!

I cannot believe that they go and put signs on the people's lawns. That is setting something up where people will come try and hurt you and your family. How stupid can they be????? What about my rights? Its my home and although my son is not out of prison yet, I still feel that they are taking my rights to hand out candy. This is such bull!

any posting of any sign designating that a sex offender lives there is revolting and disgusting. it leaves someone wide open for vigilantism. for pities sake what's to stop a plumber or avon rep from being attacked or gunned down when they might be coming out of a house so marked with a sign that says
'sex offender lives here"????

heaven help us if some jackass politician comes up with the idea of making registered sex offenders wear a neon colored vest proclaiming them as such.

yep, that's what the registry does for people. makes them all guilty and therefore punishable under the law. no matter who they are or how they are connected to someone on the registry. not to even mention that it makes them all targets too!!!!!!

An 89 year old woman having to put up with this. She should know her rights! Her son was not even home and in jail! What stupid people that have politician behind their names! They think they can just push people around? I would sue! Really!! This is the stuff that really angers me!
