He was sentenced for 1 cp in the Vicky series.. The Vicky series is one of most popular cp out there. There were 2 girls in the video their dad did. The girls make money off of them these days because, if someone is sentenced on these particular cp and has to pay restitution , these girls get the money.

After my son was sentenced Floriduh decided to up sentencing where if there were 2 children in the video the accused gets double the sentence.
My son would have gotten double the sentence had he gone before the judge 3 months after he went to prison. How someone knows there is more than 1 child in the cp? there is no way of knowing yet the law went thru to upgrade for this.

I'm thinking that, since my son doesn't have to take SO Treatment he might not need to put together a 'safety plan' which I'm happy to not do with him.

One thing that should be in everyone's safety plan is not to use P2P software. I really believe the cops plant these pictures and videos just to get people!!!

I agree. They have the largest collection of cp in the world. The 1 cp they said that found my son was only a little snippet and our forensic guy had to do a deep search for it to find a trace of it. Then they put the full description of that on my son's sentencing and release papers. Someone there at the Feds had to watch this video as well as all the others they have in their collection and write down the description. These people should be arrested. He wasn't even charged with that one. It was disgusting.

I looked up the Idaho Sex Offender Management Board, they have finalized their "standards for sex offender management" guidelines - it is very interesting reading for SROS and their family members - gives a good idea what will be on their agenda for "violations". the full updated 2013 booklet is on line and since these people get together with other states to "discuss" various issues I would imagine a lot of ideas for Idaho's SMOB came from other states.

Maybe one day entrapment will be found illegal - police can no longer sit outside the bars for people coming out and driving off- but then how the hell do you challenge their trolling of adult dating sites like EHarmony or other such sites or setting cp sites or parents from putting videos of their children on the web just to entrap people and then obtain restitution. It seems attorneys just want our money for little effort to discredit the charges. "Let's make a deal"

You can pretty much change any mention of drugs or stash houses in this written decision to sex sting terms and it would describe the trolling of adult dating sites perfectly. Add to it an argument that the investigators are violating their own investigative standards and federal law while they are trolling and you have a very viable argument for outrageous government conduct.
