We have been talking about residency restrictions from state to state.

I caution that this is from 2007, so there may have been some changes in some of the states, but this might give everyone a better idea of how each individual state handles the residency restrictions.
This is only a guide. To be sure, check the individual registry laws of each state.
Please note in the upper left hand corner of the page there is a tab that says "choose a state." Click that and another drop down box comes up. By using your up or down arrows on your keyboard you can choose your specific state and get even more information.

Floriduh my son would have been low risk but he still would have 2500 feet from anything moving.
I'd like to add that residency laws don't apply to you in Ohio if your conviction is before July 1, 2003. Lucky me.
