Is it against the law for someone to post pictures from Megan's Law and add their own comments in front of my apartment complex down the street from my daughter's school and in front of my daughter's school someone please help me with information thank you

Unfortunately not illegal. If the person is posting anything that is not true then it would be libel. But truth is a 100% defense to libel and slander.
