I had a feeling it would come out as not guilty. The prosecution did not prove their case. People are now blaming the jury. It was not prosecution. All the defense had to do was show reasonable doubt. Seems like they did that.

Oh don't any of you worry, the State still has the right to Appeal. My lawyer friend from FL sent me the link to all the evidence and stuff that was presented... it was a lot... didn't get through it all... but watch a few of the vids that they had too...

OH what a bunch of sheep! If the jury says the prosecution didn't meet their burden then the prosecution didn't meet their burden. And if they try to blame the jury, that jury was selected by BOTH the state and the defense, so they should be 'unbiased' in a manner of speaking, since both sides agree....

I guess what really appalls me the most about the comments that I was reading was the fact that none of them seemed to remember the fact that, the reason we have a 'Jury of our Peers' in court is because if we didn't we would be subject to the emotional convictions of people that are ruling on their own personal opinion with no check and balance in the decision... Like what we fled from when the first settlers fled England. That is why we have the clause "no taxation with out representation."

The jury did its job, there is no one to blame. The prosecution was unable to show anything but circumstantial evidence. The only time circumstantial evidence or hearsay is allowed to result in a conviction is in ... ( Altogether now 1, 2, 3) A SEX OFFENCE!!!

I'm shaking my head at Wisconsin's post! What a dumb sh*t! I can't believe that people would have the guts to even say something that stupid! Where are people's heads? Is it that we as a society are to easily distracted to see that are liberties are being stolen from us? Or is it that we've become too lazy to fight?
