Has anyone heard anything about a new in Kansas that is supposed to go in effect in January. Supposedly it increases good time ie... If good time is 15% it will increase to 30%. My husband has heard it in Hutchinson and Oswego Is and a fried in Johnson country jail also heard it. Any truth or is it just a rumor.
